Where Does the Name 'OLENA Innenarchitektur' Come From?

The name comes from my first name, Olena Georgieva. I deliberately chose to name my office after myself because I personally oversee every project and my personal touch is evident in every detail.

I work alone. This means: I personally plan, design, visualize, and oversee every project. My training as an interior designer and my doctorate in art history make me highly qualified for this. With me, you don’t get anonymous teamwork, but my full attention, creativity, and responsibility. If necessary, I involve reliable partners from my network for specific tasks – but the overall management always remains with me.

No – because I have specialized in this over the years. Through clear structures, extensive experience, and professional software, I work very efficiently and reliably.

Yes, I personally create all visualizations. This way, you can realistically experience your project even before it is implemented. I have been working with 3ds Max for over 20 years and use the V-Ray rendering engine, which enables photorealistic representations. This experience allows me to create precise and high-quality visualizations that give you a clear picture of your future project.

Yes. For me, large does not automatically mean complicated. Often, a small project is much more complex than a large one because it requires more individual details. Thanks to my many years of experience, I work quickly, efficiently, and with very high quality – regardless of project size.

Yes – I personally handle conception, planning, visualization, and project supervision. Only for on-site execution do I collaborate with partners (e.g., craftsmen) selected by you.

You have the assurance that your project is planned, visualized, and overseen by the same person – without a change in contact person. This saves time, stress, and misunderstandings.

I plan my capacities so that I can supervise every project with full attention. I prefer to take on fewer assignments than to compromise on quality.

Yes – often even better. Teams mean many handovers and communication problems. With me, everything comes directly from a single source – without friction.

In each of my projects, I combine creativity, planning reliability, and precision. The result: individual solutions that are unique, customer-oriented, and at the same time realistic and reliably implementable – personally designed and overseen by me.

I work openly and transparently. Anyone who visits me in my office immediately recognizes that I implement all services myself – from planning to 3D visualization. This way, my clients have the opportunity to directly experience how each project service is created and to understand the complex work behind each individual project.

Yes – they are created directly based on the approved interior design plans.

Yes – I select the appropriate materials, furniture, and furnishings in advance and show them exactly in my renderings. These are precise and realistic representations, not abstract images.

Yes – if my plans and instructions are followed, the result will exactly match the visualization.

Because I develop the entire project myself – nothing is outsourced. Everything is planned, modeled, and controlled by me.

The detailed plans include all wall elevations with the representation of all project details, as well as exact dimensions, a reflected ceiling plan, and the lighting and electrical concept. Additionally, all materials, products, finishes, and luminaires are specified directly in the plan to facilitate the execution work.

No – my projects are precisely modeled and built up to the smallest detail. AI-generated images cannot replace exact and reliable 3D models.

Yes – this happens because my renderings appear very realistic. The crucial difference: they are based directly on approved plans and are realistically implementable – unlike abstract AI results.

I develop projects for all EU countries and already have extensive experience in international cooperation. Even though many of my projects are located in the DACH region, I am happy to oversee projects throughout Europe. I serve my clients in both German and English – as required.

No – my working method is organized so efficiently that usually only two to three personal on-site appointments are necessary. Many consultations can easily be handled via video call. This means no significantly higher travel costs, and the quality of planning remains just as high as for a project directly in my vicinity.
