The 3D visualizations are always based on concrete and coordinated hotel planning and should not only be regarded as a purely visual concept.
Even fine details that are often not clearly visible in interior design plans are taken into account. The creation of 3D visualizations, especially for projects in the hotel and SPA sector, is a complex process in which each element must be modeled individually. This is done using the 3D program 3ds Max in combination with the V-Ray rendering software.
It is particularly important to consider all the details of the hotel planning during 3D modeling. The creation of interior design visualizations only makes sense if it shows a result that is as realistic as possible. This is only possible if all aspects that will be relevant during execution are already included in the 3D representation.
When selecting materials, surfaces and lighting for each hotel project, I attach particular importance to achieving the most authentic representation possible of the planned interior design. After the lights and cameras are set up, the scene is rendered to give the customer a realistic idea of the planned interior. A targeted and controlled influence on the models by changing the input values is possible at any time.
If required, I offer you the opportunity to view your interior design project directly in the 3D program during a personal presentation of the hotel concept, in order to gain a detailed insight into the three-dimensional view. This interactive view not only makes it easier to understand the overall concept, but also enables a well-founded evaluation and, if necessary, the adaptation of the interior design before the actual implementation.

It is an integral part of my design development and is always offered in combination with it. This is because the process of room modeling is synchronously and inseparably linked to the development phases of the interior design project. 3D modeling serves as my working tool and enables me to present my hotel planning comprehensively and in detail. This offers significant added value for my projects and guarantees a high-quality basis for their execution.
I also do not offer separate 3D visualization services for other architects and planners. In addition, the quality of my visualizations is exclusively available in connection with my own planning services.
